Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Please note: Customized or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
